A customer recently asked me what I would charge to administer his IndexU installation for him, and this got me to thinking about offering this as a service.
I have decided to offer this service to any customers who may be interested. This service will include the following
- approval/rejection of links
- addition of spam filters
- approval/rejection of editors
- additions to categories (category suggestions)
- user issues (registration/submission)
- updating tags, link counters, category paths when necessary
- setup of cron jobs to update sitemap (remote cron if necessary)
Costs
- $25 per month fee
- 2-10 installations 25% discount
- 11-50 installations 40% discount
- 51+ installations 60% discount
A second administrator account can be created if you choose not to share your main password. A secure password at a minimum of 10 characters in length will be used.
Note that this would not cover any modifications to IndexU. This service is only for daily administration and only for english language installations.
